I would like to replace my silverware rack as the silverware is falling through the bottom where holes have been created. I cannot find the model number on here to say that it will be compatible. Can you tell me if it is? Karen

Lower dishwasher rack wouldn't roll any longer.
Removed the old broken axles and last few
wheels. Needed pliers to help remove the
axles. Took a few minutes.
Put on the axles and popped on the wheels.
Threw out the old silverware basket
and put the new one in place,
Finished in approx 20 minutes.
I really thought I had to get a new dishwasher but then stumbled on your web site. Saw another woman's story about how her dishwasher was like new when she did the same replacements. She was RIGHT. I feel like I have a new dishwashwer. The parts were reasonably priced
and the shipping was VERY VERY QUICK. All
parts were correct.

flatware would fall thru the holes at bottom-ripped
the basket was replaced in two seconds and the rollers and axel were easy to put on. What a difference! it's like buying a new machine! what a great service, thank you

The dishwasher was not cleaning items on the top rack.
I removed the broken water tube and put the new tube in its place.
