I have the error code book but I'm getting an error code E41. I looked it up via other means and it's stating that the controller board has failed. Prior to this code I got the code E66 for faulty thermal limiter. I replaced all of the thermals (inlet and outlet) along with the thermister. when I turned it back on I ended up with the E41 (that's not even listed for this model) HELP?

Hello Phil, thank you for reaching out. Error E41 implies a door lock failure. Check your door switch with a multimeter for a continuity test. If the door switch, part number PS2330880, fails the continuity test, you need to replace it. If the door switch is okay, you may need to replace your electronic control board, part number PS9865104. We suggest inspecting the heater element under part PS2349309 for your model and the wiring's attached to see any visible defects, to see if they need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
