Is there a reset button on this washer. We replaced the door latch and the control board and it still says ready then when you hit the start button , the pause light comes on. When you try to get a code it says 00 empty.

Hello Vera, thank you for your question. There is no reset button on this unit. You can unplug the unit and leave it as is, then plug it back in to see if that helps. If it does not fix the issue, we would recommend testing the water valve, the pressure switch, and the door switch to see if they are faulty. These parts could cause the unit to not start, and fill with water to being the cycle. I hope this helps.
