When I look up into my water dispenser, it is full of mildew! Gross! How can I clean that?

Hello Margaret, thank you for contacting us. To clean the water dispenser, you may need to disconnect the water supply line. Flush the line with distilled white vinegar. Put a bowl under the water dispenser nozzle and press the button to push the vinegar through the line. Dip a clean toothbrush into the vinegar, and then use it to scrub the dispenser nozzle. After you have finished cleaning, reconnect the water supply. We hope this information helps!
