When I shut the microwave door and select how long I need to heat something up and then press start, the round glass on the bottom of the microwave does not rotate. The microwave is on but no rotation. Therefore, it is not heating.
For model number MV1526W
Hello Carol, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would recommend checking the micro switch, part number PS3598700. It monitors the door latch position and communicates to the electronic control board whether the latch is open or closed. A faulty switch might not detect the door position properly. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the turntable shaft, part number PS3522924, or the turntable motor, part number PS3529213. We would suggest making sure the turntable is properly sitting on the shaft. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Microwave Timer would count down, but unit would not heat. Turntable not turning.
Replaced entire door latch assembly with the three micro switches. Easier to replace entire latch assembly as individual switches do not remove easily from latch assembly. Had trouble removing front panel assembly. Parts ordered solved this problem.
your part and YouTube video (which just happened to be my microwave) changed bottom microswitch...done and dusted in 20 minutes...your $14 part 3B73362F saved $350!!!
