If your freezer section is not working correctly and the freezer is too warm, there are a few parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the cold control or temperature control (if present), the evaporator fan motor, The electronic control board, the temperature sensor or thermistor (if present), the defrost timer (if present), the defrost thermostat (if present), the defrost heater (if present) and the condenser fan motor.
