I have a LG refrig thats sold by sears, the model number is 79579753901, it has a ly mod number of ebr41956418. On my key board in front of refrigerator i have a error code of er co. I think its bad wiring or bad circuit board. If i disconnect wiring in top of door on left side then reconnect error goes away for 20 seconds. If i remove cover to circuit board in rear then disconnect wire that goes to front then it will correct itself for 20 seconds. What does this mean.

The code is indicating a communication error between the Display PCB Assembly on the freezer door and the main PCB Assembly on the outer back panel of the refrigerator. The replacement main PCB Assembly for your model is part number PS3533844, but unfortunately the Display PCB Assembly is discontinued. We have no replacement information for it. I replaced the electronic control board in my refrig mod #79579753901, mod number of control board ebr41956418. I followed all directions when disconnecting and reconnecting new board. Once i replaced all covers and reconnected power cord the exact this is happening. I am still getting a er co code. What else can i do for this mod.

My refrig mod #79579753901, i replaced the ps3833844 and now you are recommending that i replace the sub assembly ps3530068. I will do this. Please inform me where can i get a diagram showing where that sub assembly is located and how do i get to it for replacement.
