My washer is not completing the cycle and it stop the washing mode then the code appear le, what could be the problem of this? And i heard some grinding noise if the washing machine have loads and if the washing machine doesn't have loads there no grinding noise.

Hello Santos, Thank you for the question. An LE error code on the washer's display indicates that the motor is locked, possibly due to a heavy wash load. Large and heavy sized loads will put a strain on the motor, causing the LE code to occur. Performing a reset on the washer will normally resolve this error with a reduced load size. Hope this helps!

My washer displayed LE error code. I got it to drain, emptied the tub and tried again empty. It displayed the code again. Everything seems to turn freely by hand but hums when trying to spin when powered.

Hello Daniel, thank you for reaching out. Error code LE indicates that the washer’s motor is locked, usually because of a heavy wash load. Removing items from the washer or rebalancing the load and then resetting the washer should fix the problem and resolve the LE error code. However, if the error code returns, the washer may have a defective rotor position sensor. We would suggest the rotor position sensor, the part number is PS16556422. We hope that helps!
