I did replace the temp sensor in my fridge however problem not fixed fridge not cold the evaporator fan was not kicking on when fridge was very warm. Advice?
For model number PFSS5RKZASS
Hi Rob,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the evaporator fan is not kicking in you will need to check both it and the wiring connected to it to see which part is causing the issue. Also check the wiring to the electronic control board as this controls the operation of the refrigerator. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The fridge only cools when on Turbo cool, otherwise it stays warm. What could cause this?
For model number PFSS5RKZASS
Hello Rob,
Thanks for your question. This situation arises mainly from the temperature sensor, part number PS304103, which should be tested by a multi-meter for continuity and replaced if it is not functioning.
I hope this helps.
