Hello, my washer does not enter the rinse and drain cycle on its own anymore. I can hear the suction pump working but the tub does not spin, it does agitate and go through the other cycles on its own. I'm guessing that it's in the timer/selector. That appears to be sold as one with the circuit board. Would you agree that this sounds like the appropriate repair? Thanks in advance!

Hello Jason, thank you for your question. I would recommend testing/replacing the lid switch before ordering the board (Lid Switch with Wire Harness Part Number: WH12X10334). Usually if the lid switch doesn't activate, the unit won't go into drain and spin mode. If that is not the problem, the issue is probably with the electronic board itself. I hope this helps!

All the Green lights continuously blink. The bobs or start button will not activate the washer to start a cycle the lights just keep blinking. Any thoughts on what to replace?

Hello David, Thank you for the question. This code normally means there is no communication between the motor and control board, Part Number: PS3507656. The control board is most likley the issue and it will need to be replaced. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

Can i purchase just the plastic mounting hinge that contains the micro switch actuating post and tab (that fits into the rubber button? It is broken - i do not need the complete control board assembly. Thanks

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately that piece is part of your board. The only way to get that is to replace your board. Good luck with your repair.
