Is the condenser motor shaft supposed to vibrate or have any play in the shaft that would let it slide in and out of the more some . Or is it supposed to move up and down some . It has a vibration and squicking going on when it cycles the fan or motor?
For model number NFTR18X4QS0
Hello Ashley, Thank you for the question. The shaft to the motor should not move in or out and up and down. There should be no play in the shaft or make noise. The motor should be replaced. Hope this helps!

Freezer making frost all over freezer inside like snowy ice and frozen
For model number FFHS2322MWKA
Hi Ed, thank you for your question. When you are having temperature problems in your fridge, there are a few parts that could cause the issue. You can use a multi meter to test most of the parts. Make sure you cut power to your appliance before doing any repairs or tests. First you should test your defrost thermostat. Place the thermostat in ice cold water for 2-3 minutes after removing it from your appliance. It should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. Another part to check would be your defrost heater. Remove it from the appliance. It should be reading anywhere between 0 - 50 ohms to be working. You could check your temperature sensor. To find the correct reading for this part you will have to refer to your tech sheet that comes with your appliance. You can usually find this tech sheet behind the bottom grille of your fridge on either the right or left side. These are the most common parts that cause this issue in your appliance. So it is suggested you check them first. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

My fridge part keeps running warm where H 1 keeps coming on then I reset and it might stay on for a little bit but them goes off again
For model number FFSS2325TE0
Hello Ray, thank you for your inquiry. H1 is a code that indicates a ‘high temperature’ within your refrigerator. Error code H1 appears when the temperature exceeds 26°F or -3.3°C in the freezer, and 55°F or 12.8°C within the refrigerator. Considering refrigerators should ideally remain between 35-38°F or 1.6-3.3°C and freezers should be on or around 0°F/-18°C, that’s making quite the jump, and should absolutely be a warning sign of something not working properly within your appliance. Clean the condenser coils, door seals, if this does not help, we would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12729077. We hope this solves your problem!
