Electrolux induction range seven years old. Error code e5. The ribbons j4 to j2 and j5 to j3 from the touch sensor panel to the board esec 30 were damages by a technician. Electrolux customer support is bad. Can the ribbons be replaced or do i have to replace the tsec (touch sensor electronic control.) in other words can the tsec be opened and connect new ribbons without damage the system ?. what is the best option. thank for your cooperation. ontario canada.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately you cannot replace just the ribbon. You would have to replace your entire control panel. Good luck with your repair.
