failed attempt to repair because company built a faulty Machine
the part was not the right part i NEEDED TO REPAIR THE DRYER GE. SO THE REPAIR DID NOT GET OFF THE GROUND. THE GE DRYER NEEDED THE WHOLE CONTROL PANEL AT $250.00 PLUS TAX to replace a power button that would or should cost no more than a couple of bucks. So my question is why would an appliance manufacturer like GE build a machine that failed for want of a $2.00 button and charge customers $250.00 plus to repair it?
