The part ordering experience went perfectly. The illustration for selecting the correct part was very informative.
It arrived when promised...was in good condition and was installed easily after watching a video pertaining to the part. The stove is back up and running saving me hundreds from buying a new stove.

Oven will not shut off, go to max heat no matter what the temp is set on.

Hello Joseph, Thank you for contacting us. We suggest testing the Temperature Sensor. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hello Our oven is not heating to the correct temperature. When we set it to 350 it heats to 275. I have checked the resistance on the temperature sensor (1040) and both oven elements ( 14 and 18) and they are all within the required ranges. The oven adjustment is set to 0 so this could modify the temperature by 35 deg. This makes me think it is the control board. Is there a way to check this?
