The divider guide in the freezer compartment broke
There were no instructions on how to relpace the divider guide so it took me a while to realize that I had to remove the guide under the ice maker first. Once that was done the metal bar that supports the front of the divider guide and the divider itself could be positioned. It did take a little force to push the guide into its proper ver

In replacing the freezer door I wasn't careful to pull both glides out together so the geared tracking mechanism came apart. Once that was put back together and carefully pulled out the freezer door was able to be replaced.

Divider broke, lost use of the shelf and icemaker
First, removed all items in the freezer, placed into a cooler. Removed basket and door from the glide rails. Installed new divider using two supplied screws with a nut driver. plastic wall support ports broken Door closing hard to not at all.
replaced divider wall. Removed shelf and drawers from freezer unit. Removed old screws. Attached shelf rail to new divider wall and reinstall. A magnetic nut driver helped a bunch. Caused by overloading drawers or shelf such that they pull on the horizontal support bar when opening. breaks the plastic screw support brackets. This provides for horizontal support of the divider wall as does a small hole in the horizontal bar. I reinforced that with a zip tie and a hole in the divider wall made with drill before installation. the fit of the plastic was sloppy on the bottom of the divider wall.
