How do I remove the front panel to install the timer?

Hello Donald,
Thanks for your question. You actually remove the rear panel to access the timer. Unplug your machine. Take the knob off (pull it off). Remove the access panel on the rear of the control panel. Remove the mounting screws and pull the timer out.

Question: How to replace timer part we04x10024
One of your experts said that i have to remove the rear panel to access the timer. does this mean i cannot replace the timer by working from the front of the dryer? instead i have to work from the rear of the dryer to access the timer? my issue is that i cannot access the rear of the dryer since it is in a narrow space sitting on top of the washer. i look forward to your advice. thank you.
