Is there a way to test the drive motor with a voltage / ohm meter?
For model number WBB4500G2WW
Hello Jesse,
Thanks for your question. You will need to use a multimeter to test the sensor on the motor in the multi-plug. Test each connection for continuity and also check the brushes on the motor to see if they are worn.
I hope this helps.

It fills with water but will not wash. If i move the selector switch it will empty the tub. Which terminals do i use to check the motor? Or do you think the board is bad? Help please!
For model number WJRE5550H1WW
Hi Ray,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is not starting, There are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the start/stop button, the washer mounted control board, the fuse link, the belt and the drain pump. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
