Pressure Regulator
Received quickly and was the absolute correct part. Not difficult to install and now my family of seven (five children) can return to good food from the oven and surface burners. Cooking on one hot plate and microwave for one month was a bit difficult.
Thank you again for your service!

oven didn't work & leaky gas regulator
The igniter solved my oven problem. Than when I replaced the regulator the oven wouldn't work. After I found out there was a oven safety switch on the regulator, I flipped it! Then the oven lit rightup!

All I need is the lp/gas cap for the pressure regulator. I was wondering if they sell that by itself. Don't need the whole pressure regulator.
For model number Jgbc20wea1ww
Hello Henry, thank you for contacting us. You can only get this as a part of the Pressure Regulator part PS2577558.

I have a gas smell and when i checked for a leak i found the leak coming from the top of the gas safety valve. Does this mean that this part is defective? Or should i be looking at something else? Thanks

Hello Vince, Thank you for the question. If the valve is leaking for safety purposes we suggest having it replaced. Hope this helps!

Oven will not come on replaced oven igniter still nothing just the smell of gas
For model number JGBP26WEA1WW
Hello Israel, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to consider either the Pressure Regulator part PS2577558 or the Double Burner Assembly part PS232404 for your model as the cause. We hope this helps.

I replaced the ignitor and the oven worked but we could smell gas, so i just replaced the pressure regulator and now the oven won't light. The ignitor is glowing but the oven won't light???
For model number JGBS18EV4WW
Hello Gayle, Thank you for writing. An oven igniter that worn out and lost efficiency or a faulty Gas Valve PartSelect Number PS233872 are the reasons why the igniter is glowing but no flame. Even though you have already replaced the Igniter PartSelect Number PS243425, it may be weak and still be at fault because it requires a certain amount of current draw to open the valve. We hope this helps.

Oven igniter doesn’t light up , no power on the igniter wires
For model number RGBS100DM2WW
Hi Cepeda, thank you for your question. To solve this issue, you may need to replace the igniter, part number PS231280. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance!
My stove burners work fine but the oven will not start. The igniter is glowing but acting like its not getting gas. please help
For model number JGBS20WEA1WW
Hello Tina, Thank you for the question. First I would say test your igniters with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 1100 ohms to be working correctly. They can glow but not be strong enough to open the valve. Hope this helps!
