The burner assembly seemed to be rusting some and had become not easy to clean. The grates had just become dirty and unable to clean so they were changed out for ascethetic reasons only.
I ordered the parts on line and they came very quickly through the mail. The burner assembly came with instructions for the installation of a nut. Everything was great - from the order to the delivery to the installation.

Hello Margaret, thank you for your question. The grates are all the same size, approximately 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. They can be used on all 4 spots on the cooktop. The difference in the part numbers are the colors. Part number wb31k10016 is in black, and part number wb31k10027 is grey and WB31K10221 is in taupe, wb31k10028 is not . Depending on the color you want, you would order the grate accordingly. I hope this helps!

My burner grate is 8 ¼ inches x 8 ½. The part you have says it is 8 ½, is that the correct grate for my stove?
