I ordered the water dispenser lever from GE the other day. I’d like to know the steps for replacing the broken lever. I need directions for taking off the water dispenser panel. On most models, i’ve seen videos that show popping off the front panel.
For model number PFCS1NJXC SS
Hi Does San,
Thank you for your inquiry. There is a video on our website that you can reference regarding the lever. It may not exactly the same part as yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to install it. You will find the video under part number PS1526381. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Used my dispenser and now water dosen't shut off. What do i need to replace so i can use it again
Or a way to just stop the water to the door so the icemaker will still work
For model number PFE22KSEAFSS
Hello Gary, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, we would recommend replacing the dispenser actuator, part number PS2374741, to solve the problem. If you want to cutoff the water supply to the dispenser, you may need to shut it off from the water inlet valve. We hope this helps!
