My Kenmore model number10651132213 refrigerator keeps making a dinging noise about every 30 seconds or so. The door is shut and the water filter has been replaced and reset what else can be wrong?
For model number 10651132213
Hi Phil, thank you for your inquiry. The dinging noise is likely an alarm for a door that isn't fully closed or sealed, or a faulty door switch. Check both the door gasket and make sure the doors are sealing properly. Also, check the freezer door switch, part number PS12731166, and the fresh food door switch, part number PS12728638. If the door switches are faulty, it could cause the beeping as it would not detect the door being shut. Glad to be of help!
