Some buttons on the keypad do not work should I purchase this part or the control box behind it?? Thank you

Ho John, Thank you for the question. If the buttons do not work and there is no display, you will need to replace the board behind the front panel, Part Number: PS11745995. Hope this helps!

Does this control panel have buttons to control both the top and bottom ovens?

My number 3 no longer works when pressed. Every other button works and I have a display. Do I buy just the front face or the box behind it or both?

Hi Amy, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest replacing the control panel first. Its part number is PS2357949. It houses the selection buttons and display components for the oven. We hope this sorts out your problem!
