My washer fills, agitates, but sometimes will not rinse or spin. I can set the wash control to rinse and spin and it will finish the cycle. Full cycle works intermittently. I watched a couple of your videos and i think it is the wash control board, any input will help. What is your return policy on electrical parts?

Hi Kee, Thank you for the question. Sounds like the issue is in the timer skipping the cycle. The timer switch on this model is built into the control board,PartSelect Number PS2345720. Please see the link below for your return policy. Hope this helps!

Have been using the washer with no problems. Today we washed one load then started a second load, the washer filled up and then seems to have lost power.

Washer was working now when I push the start button washer will not start. Machine went some time you would have to push and hold or push several times before machine would start. Now nothing. Is this most likely a circuit board problem?

hello Robert, Thank you for the question. Since the start switch is part of the control board PartSelect Number PS2345720, the board will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Noticed washer running to long. Checked it and it wouldn’t stop spinning. Performed a “reset” by unplug for one minute then open/close lid six times. Now when I restart a wash cycle it will fill tub till it’s finished then proceed to wash cycle(as per indicator light) and nothing. It won’t agitate or anything. Belts good motors good (was spinning) is it in need of control board?

Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Lid Switch Assembly, PartSelect Number PS1482371. You will need a multi meter to check for continuity. Hope this helps!
My washer fills and drains but does not agitate or spin. I checked the belt it seems fine, I turn the belt pulley by hand back and fourth and the agitator turns back and fourth

Hello Kevin, Thank you for the question. This might be an issue with the Shaft and Mode Shifter Assembly, PartSelect Number PS2354082. Also known as the gearcase or transmission. This part helps move the agitator back and forth during the wash cycle. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
My washer fills and drains but not agitate nor does it spin. There is no coupling between the motor and agitator.

Hi George, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the 6-Rib Drive Belt, PartSelect Number PS1482278. Without the belt the drum will not spin or agitate. Hope this helps!
