Freezer temp climbed to 24 degrees, and fridge side 59 last night. Today at noon when back home freezer down to 0 degrees, and fridge 33. Not 2 hrs later, freezer back up to 24 and fridge 58. I have cleaned out dust build up, etc.. when open doors sounds like light fan running. not hearing any clicking noises like condenser is trying to start. thanks

Thank you for the question. Checking our symptoms and fixes the most common replacement part is the Defrost Thermostat Kit, Part number PS469522.

I'm having an issue where it shows the temp to be 33 on the fridge side but actual temp is 40 by use of a store bought thermometer. I replaced the thermistor but still doesn't get under 40 because it thinks it's satisfied even though it's not

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the question. I suggest replacing the Control, PartSelect Number PS2342522. This part sets and controls the internal temperature. Hope this helps!

My adaptive defrost control board is bad. Is this the same thing? Can you please tell me the correct part number to order? Thanks so much!

Hello, Thank you for your question. That is the main control board for that appliance, that part does operate the temperature inside the appliance. I am not seeing a set defrost control board. If you are needing the temperature control board, then that will be the part needed. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair.
