Glass cover for GE shelf
Unfortunately, despite all the parts numbers and stocking being correct, there is an error on the sizing of the glass cover for the shelf that holds the vegetable and fruit drawers. The manufactured size does not fit the shelf that is suitable for our refrigerator. For anyone looking to order this part, take extra steps to confirm the sizing prior to purchase. I ordered the glass cover twice thinking it may have been mis-picked or labeled. Not the case. It was a hassle for parts select and myself. This is a manufacturer's mistake. Instructions to remove glass from crisper shelf so i can clean around frame then replace glass. We had a spill and it is very unsanitary now.

Hello Jackie, Thank you for the question. You will just need to push up from the bottom and the glass will lift up. Once the glass is removed, wait to put cleaner or water on it until it is at room temperature. A sudden temperature chance can cause it to shatter.
