Cold water enters the washer very slowly. This is True especially on the cold tap water setting. It is a little better on the color cool setting. I have removed the cold water hose and cleaned the water valve screen but it made no difference. No problem with the hot water settings. Please recommend a course of action.

Hello William, thank you for contacting us. The flow of water into the washer is controlled by the flow of water to your home. If there are no clogs in the valve you will want to check the flow going to the washer. Good luck!

Water drips into the tub while machine is off.
For model number Wjre5550h1ww
Hi David, Thank you for the question. Sounds like the valve is stuck open and allowing water to flow through. To fix this issue you will need to replace the valve. Hope this helps!

My washer constantly drips water in the tub. How do i fix this?
For model number wjre555oh1ww
Hi Karen,
Thank you for your question. If there is water leaking into the tub, then the issue is with the water inlet valve. Over time, through use they eventually fail and will need to be replaced. If this turns out not to be the issue, you may have to check the water pressure to see if that is causing the leaking. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer starts and stops at will. Sometimes it will start if i push the switch in different ways. Help.
For model number WPRE6150H1WT
Hi G Rogers,
Thank you for your question. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the button switch, the drive belt, the drain pump and motor assembly and the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
