The filter head broke because it was designed wrong.
Shipping was very fast, part easy to install.
The new filter head was redesigned making it easer to remove the filter.
Loosen the two screws and remove bracket.
Push in the tubing retainers and pull out the tubes.
Remove the two screws holding the filter on to the bracket.
Push tubing in to the fittings on the new filter head, pull out the tubing retainers about 1/16 in.
Make sure tubing is pushed all the way to the bottom of the fitting.
Reinstall bracket and filter head.

i first ordered the filter housing, wrong part,.. i needed the water filter it self, i thought it was in the filter housing
once i received the right part (filter) i unscrewed the filter plug and screwed the water filter right in place.. very simple
