The old cartridges got corroded from cleaning. They did not light anymore without using a lighter.
We ordered two new ones. And we lined them with oven liner. We will be more careful cleaning these new ones.

Replace the grill with two burners.
Open box (that was the most difficult part) Remove sealed burner unit and grates. Remove grate and grill burner from stove. Install new sealed burner unit and grates. Total elapsed time 7 min.

Swap gas burners for gas grill on stove top
Per instructions that came with the stove (none came with the parts) I just lifted the back of the grill unit and slid toward back of stove. To install burners, reverse order. 2 minutes max. No fiddling with gas connectors. Wife was elated.

I had 2 burners and a grill and wanted 4 burners

The igniter blew out in the burner unit
Replaced unit - local repair was quoting out the part $100 or more above price found here. Took no tools and about 3 minutes to fix.

Wanted to replace the grill that came with the range with more burners
1. Unpacked the new burneres 2. Took the grates off the grill 3. Removed the grill burner 4. Slipped in the new burner 5. Put the new grates in place
Total time, approx 30 seconds!!!

Hello Eileen, Thank you for the question. They are all the same size, so as long as the one you have now is the One-piece sealed burners with porcelain-on-cast iron burner grates, this will work. We hope this helps!

Can this sealed burner unit replace the grill on the model JGD8130ADS21 JennAir cook top? Are these genuine Jenn Air parts manufactured by Jenn Air or made by another company? How can you tell if the part is genuine?

Do you have a layout print of this assembly also does this need the brass ring and where does it go i didn't see one on my part

Hello Pat, Thank you for your inquiry. We do have a parts diagram listed under model JGA8150ADB12. The brass ring goes at the top of the front venturi tube. Hope this helps!

The top base is part number PS11738714, the surface burner is part number PS11741675, and the burner grate is part number PS11744605. The surface burners are sold individually. We hope that helps!
