Great service
Good experience. Easy to order, came on time. Easy install. One more thing on my list of ( things to do) checked off.

Easy
They don’t quite fit as well as the old ones—they don’t lay flat when turned for smaller dishes but easy to put in and serve their purpose.

The operator was patient and helpful
It took a long time to get the parts but they were on backorder and I knew that it was going to be a while

The front set of convertible tines had begun to rust.
Snapped the old, rusting, tines out of the clips and snapped the new, not yet rusting, tines in. Although the kit includes both sets of tines and replacement clips, I only replaced the one part.

Tines were rusting
I pulled the set of tines that hold the plates off the clips that hold them and pushed the new set into the clips. It was done!
