What is the finish on the burner grates, e.G. Enamel or silver or black coating as on newer gas ranges? Thank you.

Are all 3 grates included in the purchase price or can i order only the right and left sides, not the center?

Ok so now i know the grates can be purchased individually but where do i find how to do that ?
