Refrigerator doesn't cool or freeze.
For model number RFG293HARS/XAA

Most Frequent Causes for Refrigerator not cooling are that the Condenser Coils are Dirty and need to be cleaned. There is a specific brush for such cleanings(4210463RW). Also, you may test the Evaporator ( DA31-00146H) and Condenser( DA31-00146B) fan motors that they are functioning properly. Looking forward to hearing from you.
