The part arrived on time. It was an easy repair. We saved money doing this repair ourselves. It only took a few minutes to install the light.

Easy to repair, snapped right in place in the freezer compartment.
The part came in the mail quickly soon after I placed the order. The inside refrigerator lights would randomly turn on, or not when the doors were opened. Once the new light (with the light board) was installed, all the lights come on when the top doors or freezer drawer is opened.

it arrived on time
The sales lady Susan Mcnut was absolutely very helpful and courteous in ordering the right part.We put led light in and so far its working ok.The only complain i have that I was told this led light would last for a long time but its died twice and the Whirlpool refrigerator is only two years old.Wish Whirlpool would compensate and fix this problem of this LED light going out so soon. This could be a defect in circuit design or light itself.
Thanks,
Syed E

My paid electrician spend well over an hour inside the frig, and confirmed that all 3 lights in fact work fine, and the problem is above the wiring harness, and what you sent is not correct.
The package has been opened. You substituted my ordered part, it did not remedy the problem, I want a full refund, including S&H
Please advise/sent me Return Authorization, whatever your company policy is.

lights out in main refrigerator
researched on line and found the wiring was in series and I the suggestion was to replace the first light in the series that was in the freezer. Ordered the replacement light board and took out the existing light and pooped in the new one. Lights now all work! 15 minutes at tops.

LED Light stopped working
Removing the old unit was difficult. The light was clearly designed for installation not for ease of repair. Since I was concerned about marring the surface of the refrigerator I used a paint scraper to get under the lip of the light and another smaller paint scraper to lift the unit away from the body of the refrigerator. It does not

There was a connector that was easy to separate allowing for the removal of the old unit without cutting any wires. The new unit had a mating connector, which easily connected to the old connector in the refrigerator. After some pushing I was able to install the new unit into the hole in the refrigerator. It does not exactly "snap in".

part PS11702378 is The board fits behind the light lens and has LED lights that illuminate the interior of the refrigerator or freezer compartments. There is the individual part PS16731134 ight that is located in the Freezer housing. We hope this helps.
Only 2of the 9 led lights in the refrigerator section work. I took one of the non working light and plugged it into where a working light was and it worked. Is there a separate power unit just for these lights?

Hello Randy, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the control board, part number PS11754973, to fix the issue. It activates components such as the compressor, lights, and fans to keep the refrigerator cool. We hope this sorts out your problem!
The top 5 LED lights started to flicker when opening the door.

Hello Betsy, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the door switch, part number PS12728638, to solve the problem. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service!
It is not clear to me how many LED lights come with this kit.
My issue:
The 5 LED lights dimmed to a point where they appear to have "burned", but when looked at closer, you can see they are flickering with just a tiny little "dot of light" in the center of the light. The freezer light has the same issue. But then the 4 LED lights on the sides (2 on each side) are working without issues.
For model number WRF757SDHZ00
Hello Gus, thank you for getting in touch. The kit you mentioned contains the 12 LED lights. Before replacing the lights, we would suggest checking the door switch, part number PS12728638, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
