Oven can't maintain at selected temperature. Will get overheated and tripped off. Replaced the temperature sensor no help. Will the relay board be the next part to be changed ?
For model number Dacor MORS130
Hello Willy, thank you for your question. A faulty thermostat or heating element in your oven are the most likely culprits when your oven can’t maintain its temperature. You can test these parts with a multimeter. If the thermostat has a reading of zero or as close to zero as possible, it is working fine. However, if it has no reading at all, your oven thermostat is faulty and will need replacing. Part number PS16629186. Next, we would say test your element. It should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. Part number PS16628848. We hope this helps. If you need help placing an order, our customer service is open 7 days a week.
