F30 code. We've replaced the entire soap dispenser assembly. Washer doesn't fill with water. We ran diagnostics. Fails at c2. The little arm just rotates, never stops and test eventually times out. Any ideas?

Hello Linda, thank you for your question. If the unit isn't getting any water into the appliance, I would recommend testing/replacing the Water Inlet Valve Part Number: PS11745050. If the valve is not working, no water will enter the unit at all. I hope this helps!
