My microwave oven did not work. No power on. What was wrong?

Hello Thuc, thank you for your question. The most likely problematic part for this kind of issues are the door switches. There are three door switches in the unit, and they have to work together to signal the unit to turn on. If one of the door switches is not working, the unit will not work. You should still see the time, and be able to run some of the functions on the touch pad. If the unit is not getting any power to the control panel the issue could be the transformer or the electronic power board itself. I hope this helps!
