When I touch the “Open Door” button, the door opens and the door opening mechanism (white plastic pin) remains stuck (doesn’t go back in), keeping me from closing the door. Unplugging and replugging unit reactivates mechanism. When I open the door manually, the door opening mechanism is not activated. Is the interlocking mechanism the culprit? And needs to be replaced?
