What is the beater paddle made from (material), is it the "burnished" coated beater or is it made with stainless steel and now dishwasher safe? I'm looking to replace my wife's beater paddle with a stainless steel one - now that i've removed the coating from the burnished coated one that came with the mixer. Please advise... thank you! stephen graham

Hi, I need a replacement beater as mine has oxidized and also a replacement knob for the sliding off/on (slides to different speeds) switch please.
