I am looking for a complete crisper drawer and track assembly that was supposed to be ordered back in January under warranty and last week was told now it is a purchase part? Why do we buy the extended warranty for this product if it doesn't cover anything and if the service agreement has been sold to a 3rd party then it should still be valid
what part number is the guide track and the actual crisper drawer itself....both cra ked and now after 6 months of waiting.... both are broken and unusable
