I ordered the part that it said would fit my fridge but when it came it is to big and did not fir!!!!!!!! I will not be ordering from you again and would advisen anyone not to buy from you. I have spent about $200 and still do not have a filter to fit.

I believe the replacement filter for this item is longer than the original size. This filter is located in my basement above a drop down ceiling and cannot go any longer than the 8.5" the above filters are. Any substitute that will work and fit?
