Hi,
It's about two weeks that my fridge is continuous running and happen twice that freezer got warm suddenly deicing all the food inside. then it stop completely for a while then restarting without issues but with the compressor running all the time. i have cleaned the coils in the back, check the doors gasket etc, but it's still having random deicing issue. may you help on troubleshoot such issue^

Hello David, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the sensors, which are PartSelect Number PS304103. There are two of these parts in the fridge and freezer section. If these parts are tested/replaced and do not fix the issue or are not faulty the issue could be with the main board or the compressor switches which are the capacitor and relay overload. I need to replace main control board and its numb is PS11764050. Does the board WR55X26733 is replacing that one or it is another control board (pls note that I am in Europe so having 220V electricity).

Hi, I did change my main board and my refrigerator isn’t working properly because now I can’t control temperature. In the refrigerator the temperature selector shows zero in both displays and I can’t change. I have this refrigerator for 17 years and I do like it very much. Can you tell if this board will work properly with my old model? Regards

Hello Jorge, Thank you for the question. This might be an issue with the Temperature Control Board, PartSelect Number PS652000. The board can be tested. Pin 2 and pin 3 should maintain 12VDC and pin 1 is the output signal to the main control. Hope this helps!
