My washer is vibrating. I cannot find a problem with the springs, friction ring, etc. How can I determine if the Balance Ring that sets at the top of the tub is bad?

Hello Ron, Thank you for your question. I would suggest taking a look at your damper pads PartSelect Number PS2017036 to see if they have worn down at all and also looking at your suspension springs. It could be that the spring has worn out and needs to be replaced. To determine if the Balance ring may be the issue, check it will make a "sloshing" noise when you remove it from the tub. It's when it doesn't "slosh" you need to start checking for cracks and holes. We hope to hear from you soon.
