Two of the control lights are on, but slightly dimmer than the others. They stay on all the time now. Its the 4 hour delay and cancel drain button. Ran a normal cycle last night and seems to be working fine, just those 2 lights stay on. Sometimes the buttons don't work and ive had to power down the dishwasher and power it back on again to get working again. Do i need a new control panel?

Based on our research you may need to replace the electronic control board (Part Select Number PS11753985). The manufacturer also requests that you contact them at 800-541-6390 when having this issue (according to the owner's manual). Hope this helps. Best Regards.

My control panel lights up ,but doesn't wash it goes to drain do you think replacing control panel will correct this problem?

Thank you for the question. It sounds like the cycle timer is defective and is skipping the wash cycle. The timer for this model is built into the control board, PartSelect Number PS11773157.

My dishwasher will not start. There are no lights with the touch control panel. It is apparently not getting power, but the garbage disposal attached to same house wiring works fine. What part might be defective?

Thanks for your question. We would recommend checking the door latch first to ensure the door is locking properly, but if that part is intact and the door is locking fine, it is likely an issue with the control panel which should be replaced.

My dishwasher just beeps continuously when it is closed and it does not respond to button presses. I have tried cycling the power and cutting it off at the breaker. Should I replace the control board?

Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is beeping continuously, it may have had a recent power surge and it may need to be reset. Try unplugging the dishwasher for 5 minutes to allow it to reset, if you turn it back on there is likely an issue with either the membrane or the electronic control board.
