So our machine is having trouble cycling properly. It starts and dries but the washing is hit or miss, it keeps starting and stopping like it is trying. Until it gets to the dry cycle and then quits. Hitting clear / cancel button and restarting multiple times eventually it works for several days then it happens again. I am thinking the control panel is the culprit ?

Hi Shawn,
Thank you for your question. If the dryer is not cleaning correctly, you will need to check the spinner kit, the filter, the turbidity sensor, the diverter motor with wire harness and the heating element. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Our dishwasher is overheating during the drying cycle. I replaced the thermostat and it did not correct the problem. We started the wash cycle at 7 pm last night, at 1:30am the drying cycle was still running. It has melted several plastic dishwasher safe items.

Hi Terry,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is overheating, the issue is likely either a malfunctioning heating element or electronic control board. You will need to test the parts with a multimeter to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
