Dishwasher stop mid cycle sometimes work ok sometimes. Do you think the control panel will fix this problem. Why are their four control panels listed and they all replaced the same mfr.Part number

Hi William, Thank you for the question. The four options are color options. The control panel would not fix this issue.I suggest checking to see if there is play in the door when it is closed. If the door is not closed securely it might be tripping the door latch and switches and the latch,PartSelect Number PS8770043 may need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Dishwasher stops mid cycle all lights are off. Open door lights come back on reset buttons dishwasher works ok. Does not do this every time just once in a while. Wouldn't lights still be on if it was the door switch

Thank you for your question. No they would not. The door switch is actually what allows power to go to your control board so that the lights will turn on. If the door switches are malfunctioning in any way that could cause fluctuations in power or a complete power loss to your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
