Our ice maker quit working and we’ve determined that water is going to the valve but doesn’t continue to the ice maker. We replaced the valve and it still doesn’t work. Could it be the thermostat or the wiring harness?

Hi Dianne, Thank you for the question. If you pour some water into the ice maker and the ice maker is making ice the harness and thermostat should be fine. This sounds like the ice maker needs to be replaced. Hope this helps!

We do not have power to wiring harness. Is there a fuse to the wiring harness

Hi John, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably due to the thermostat, part number PS11743313. Before replacing it, make sure that the ice maker has not been inadvertently turned off. We hope this helps!
