Broke my cooking tray
Did not repair. Tried ordering replacement and Whirlpool doesn't have a record of the model number on my microwave. You sent a substitute tray and it was much too large for my microwave and I had to pay to send it back.

I have ordered this glass tray for my microwave twice. I mistakenly ordered 2 the first time and paid over $20.00 to return them. I reordered the glass tray for the above mentioned model number and was given the same product. When I looked at the description, it measured about 14 inches. The one I received on both orders measured 16 inches I cannot even get it in the microwave. I need the correct part which should measure less than 14 inches. Please help me. I returned the original order and have received a reimbursement but I am out $20 for returning a product that was recommended by your online ordering service and still need to return the one I just received.
