I had a small oven fire and all my knobs got scorched. What is the difference between part 5 and part 7?

Hi Debbie,
Thank you for the great question. The item number 7 knob you will need to order 3 of and use them on the regular burners.Item number 5 is the Accusimmer burning knob and is used on the far left.

My front right eye and my back left eye will not turn on. Acts like it is frozen. Any ideal what part I need?

Hi Lisa, Thank you for the question. Sounds like it might be the igniter on those burners, Part Number: PS11748327. I suggest checking them to see if they are sparking. Hope this helps!

I need replacement knobs for the plastic ones that have cracked. Your site indicates the replacement parts are wpw10415451 and 50. These however are a like for like plastic replacements. Are there metal knobs that would fit this model of stove? If so what are there part number? I.E part number w10698166

Looking for replacement knobs WPW10415451. Wondering if they come in stainless steel metal. Plastic breaks too easily. Also for the control knobs
