The problem is that the control buttons are activating themselves without being touched as well as not responding sometimes when being pushed. Is this the right part for this issue?

Does the control panel come with the lcd display? My display was randomly changing screens and entering numbers. So i unplugged it to reset the microwave. Now the display lights up and shows time but none of the touch screen or key pad buttons work. Door light still works. Side note that the lights for underneath haven’t worked for a long time. Might be related? Just wondering if this is a complete assembly. A picture would be helpful. Thanks.
