I have FIE0 error displayed with "Replace Oven UI" displayed on the screen. It happened after a power surge due to a storm.

Hi Himanshu, thank you for the question. The F1-E0 code indicates that the main control is locked up due to an unexpected communication event. This is often corrected by cycling power. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds. Re-apply power and observe for at least one minute. If the code re-appears, replace the control board, part number PS11752580. We hope this sorts out your problem!

My wall oven heats up on confection, switch to bake and as food cooks it loses heat and confection cooks to hot. Please tell me what parts I really need.

Hello Mary, Thank you for writing. We suggest testing the Temperature Sensor. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. We hope this helps!
Only easy convect cooking settings will work. Bake, broil, convection do not work. All other functions such as clock timer etc., are good. Is this a board replacement??

Oven and microwave oven does not work on in oven mode. When set to preheat, it does not heat up. Microwave however works and heats. Technician indicated control board needs replacement, please confirm if this is the part as there are 3 pieces for control board parts. Thanks
