The unit will not dispense water. It makes a clicking noise. After removing the filter the unit works fine. I have tried three new filters and still have clicking noise and no water. Is their a valve behind the water filter hosing that could be plugged? If so what is the part number? Or could it be item #22 housing for water filter? Thank you

Can i get the two inlet valves on the back of the filter housing with out ordering the whole filter housing?
